NOTE*
MTBs only! No 700c cross/hytbrid bikes allowed (29ers and cycle-cross bikes are a go!). We will be limiting the field to 100 individual competitors and 15 teams for this year. Sorry no refunds on entry fees.
THE COURSE:
Swim -The 1/2 mile swim will take place in beautiful Little Long Lake. The lake is clean and well protected from heavy winds. Be ready for the short trail run from the beach to transition.
Transition will have water and Heed available for all competitors.
Bike
-The 10 mile bike course will be challenging. The course will have mixed terrain, consisting of single track, gravel road, prairie, and grassy trail. A water stop and first aid station will be located in the south east part of the prairie.
